Some people have messaged me offering their services as builders to make me a spawn. I'm simply asking for ideas and suggestions, please do not contact me with anything else.

Idk if those player statues are supposed to be part of it, but they should not. Player statues went out of style approx 4 years ago.
What I would also suggest is some terracing. You've made a pretty decent fountain. If you can make a structure or clifflike terrain that's a bunch of blocks higher and place some smaller fountains or similar decorations, that would already help a lot with the spawn.
Clearly you also need some custom trees. I'd suggest trying to smooth your curves, they seem very jagged right now.
Also perhaps use some roofed structures over the path at some points.
You seem to be going for a park-like feeling, so try making some lakes and docks and pavilions.

Yeah the player statues were just for fun, they're not part of the spawn.
I really like the cliff idea along with the lakes/docks, thanks for your help!
Already made a few, thought I'd add them after everything else in case I need to expand/change the terrain in which case I would need to take out the trees.
