In need of some simple builds

I'll try and keep this short, I'm in need of a series of small, simple builds for my upcoming server. I'm a builder myself however I find myself with little to no time to make these builds due to real-life conflicts as well as my building for other servers in-game.

"Payment" Info:
I'm willing to give a vouch (and maybe a bit more) to whoever can complete one or more of the builds presented. I would love to offer money however I'm dead broke right now due to the costs of school and other necissary purchases.
I can offer a vouch along with hand-drawn sketches or simple plugin configuration. We can discuss the finer details in private.

List of the builds needed:
- Themed Parkours (50x50)
- Minigame Spawn (75x75)
- Various Themed Shops (25x25-50x50)
- PVP Arena (25x25-75x75)

If you can spare a couple minutes to make one of these, I'll be happy to compensate you in the ways listed above.

I lead my own team for a short while but real-life work caught up to me and I had to leave. I'm still attempting to create servers but find myself with much less time than I started out with.
I still do most of my own builds but whatever help I can get is huge.
