In Need of Staff Chat Plugin - (Custom)

Hello to everybody of MC-Market! I'm sorry for posting this thread that is similar to a lot of others out there, but I am in a big need of help.

A few weeks ago, a server that I Manage has moved onto becoming a Network. We were using a nice, simple and free Staff Chat plugin, but now i am in need of a 'Bungee/Network' Staff Chat which allows every staff members across the network to see the messages (with the correct permissions of course). I am hoping to get this plugin for free but if that isn't possible, I will surely put in a couple of bucks for this.

Info:
Server Version: 1.8 - 1.12x
Plugin: Staff Chat
Commands: /staffchat /sc
Permissions: staffchat.use (Something like that)
Config: Ability to change colour of prefix etc
Optional: Slowchat/Slowmode (/slowchat time:seconds etc) - Don't really need it, plus there are free ones out there.

COMPLETELY fits your description. Although it has been updated a year ago, its 1.8, 1.9 and 1.10 tested.

I've had a look at it, but just wanting an up-to-date version. Thanks.
