I have been owning a server for more then a year have been successful in the most part since it's still up with donations etc. if you are interred into joining the staff team join the discord and I can give you more information.

More information about the server? How many positions open?

The server is Factions and the ranks that are open are Helper To Admin but need to give me some information on your background etc.

On the market, its usually you who gives the info then anyone interested could apply via google forms, forums, private dms,etc. Questions like, are they paid positions or how experienced are you with owning a server and what not are things you may have to answer.
