In search of a developer to join our staff team

Hello MCM,​

We are in search of a developer to join our staff team. A developer would introduce amazing plugins, work/fix some plugins, and if you would want to, be able to moderate the server. My vision of having you as a developer is that you can do more than just work on plugins, you get to watch your creations, and your additions to our amazing server impact others in a nice, and positive way. You can show a new and exciting side of the DifferentCraft server to new players, and watch the player count soar. Being a developer for us could also open new doors to other jobs in the developing world. People would recognize you as a person who stands by their work, and helps others with your experience. You would be the one to steer the server in the right direction, to make us yet again, the top towny server out there! You would be a part of our friendly staff team, and would also be able to become well known to our server members. If you would like to apply to be a developer, come have a chat with me on Skype. I don't know how many times I've said this, but devs don't work for free.

Some do, I can source myself as doing so. But no valued developer will just work for you for free without having some sort of satisfaction / good impression of your current setup & or server.
