Hello MCM, I'm looking for an individual who is keen and motivated to have a successful server. A successful candidate should:
- Have Minimum 3 years experience in server development, management, and advertisement.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Have a positive and optimistic attitude towards the project.
- Work well in a team and have communication skills.
- Have a creative mindset and be able to help come up with ideas for the project.
These are not necessarily requirements, however they will help me choose the right partner.
Now, a bit about me..
My name is YoStrafe, I've been in the MC server community for over 5 years. Like many other server creators, I've made some servers that failed hard, and I've made some quite successful ones. I specialize in plugin config/setup as well as other back-end things. I am looking for someone who knows a fair amount about other things, such as marketing, advertisement, and community interaction. I'm looking to create a server which has a good sized community, and also generates a bit of income.
About the project...
Currently I do not have much groundwork laid as I'd like to have a second opinion as well as someone who may have better ideas then myself, hence the search for a partner.
