Is there any part of the thread that doesn't make sense to you due to my grammar? Are you hiring English majors who have a background in Java? You do realize that the word, "that" can't refer to people right? You use the word, "who."

Your sentence should read, "I don't hire people who can't write correct grammar, so I suggest you brush that up a bit."

Don't let my nonchalant attitude towards grammar fool you into thinking I'm less competent than any other developer who capitalizes the first letter of his sentences.

thank you, i'll definitely add a portfolio, but i like my thread to stay the way it is as my grammar shouldn't reflect on my Java development abilities.
