Increase sticky thread cost on some sections

In some sections, eg Advertising, the sticky slots are (almost) always full, probably because $10/w is cheap for the amount of views the threads get

I think they should lower some of them. $30 for a sticky art thread is a tad ridiculous.

This is already what we do, and have done for about the past two years. Every two or three months we go through and review the demand for stickies in each forum and adjust the prices accordingly. We basically set the prices as high as we can while people still pay for them which ensures that people aren't waiting in the queue for a year, only the people who want the slot the most get it, and of course it's the best way to do it for me in terms of MC-Market's revenue growth.

I'll move this to denied since this is how we've done it for a couple of years now already. Thanks for the suggestion
