Increase thread header size

For ultimate customers it would be great if we could have a decent resolution header on the threads. Right now, MCM murders the resolution so much it looks terrible to have a banner. Please increase the file size to a reasonable amount. Thanks.

To prove my point I added a header to this thread to show how bad the res is.

I think the covers are already great, (otherwise for resource covers that are quite bad at the moment), but having the opportunity to upload some good quality covers will be great, even if limited to ultimate or supreme!
