Slandering users should be taken much more seriously, and the warning points should be increased accordingly.

For anyone who commented about the scam reports, I agree it may have been excessive and perhaps 2 much work for the current staff of MCM, aka not enough workforce to enforce all of this.

If this is truly an issue of losing potential revenue, then say you will use a middleman which should minimize risk.
