Independent development or work for a service provider?

Hello, I see a lot of these (insert brand here) "services" posts where this group connects buyers with freelancers. Is it better to work independently or with a provider, or both?

Depends on what field you are in. Actual it depends on a lot of things. If you know what you are doing (aka prior experience), do it by yourself.

It truly depends on a few factors... I personally do both because it means double the income in my opinion. So I receive my own clients but I also receive clients via a separate business. I like it this way because I personally know I can handle the workload.

In my opinion, I suggest starting out as a freelancer so with a company. This means you can learn how to speak to clients appropriately and learn how to understand exactly what a client wants.

After maybe 6 months start to phase out and start getting your own personal clients. This means you can get 100% profit and in the long run, it is just 100% better.

Overall, it just depends on your availability and your experience in the industry.
