Index page 404

Index page returns 404 randomly

The route it resolves to is http://www.mc-market.org/www.mc-market.org/error-pages/blockedcf/index.html I believe - it tries to resolve that page.

Also goes to that page when I log out and log back in.

No, I'm not using a commercial ISP. Error only started today. The URL is not proper, as you can see, it repeats the domain (leading to a 404). Regardless, I shouldn't randomly see that page. My access to this site is not blocked.

It's XenForo routing, not caching.
