Here are some of my suggestions for your thread so more people will be more interested in hiring you:
Note that these are just suggestions, you're not obliged to follow
1. Adding a resume, or at the very least, list your experiences. I understand that you're new on this site and probably have never made a resume before, but trust me when I say a resume is key if you want to get a proper position. 2. Make your thread look professional and interesting. Not trying to cause any harm, but your thread makes Messi's name sounds like Organized. No one will hire you without a coma or full stop on your sentence and people will just think you're a random kid wanting to be a server staff. You have bold, italic, underline, colors, emojis, and many more. Utilize that so people will be more interested.
3. Use proper grammar. No server wants to hire someone who didn't even try to use proper grammar and vocabulary. I'm not trying to hate on your use of language, but please learn to write properly before you jump on the bandwagon on becoming a server staff, otherwise you'll be a massive laughing stock for everyone.
4. Applicants are different than recruiters. "please respond for questions and your server if you would like me to apply" With this kind of thread, I guarantee you no server will reach out, let alone spend their time to respond with the details of their servers when you don't have any details yourself. If you want to be taken seriously, take things seriously.
5. Prior experience staffing where? Not saying that I doubt your experience, but only having being moderator and admin positions with no proof of experience or explanation really makes people doubt your integrity. List out the servers you've worked on with detail proof of experience (i.e. what position, what you did, why you left, etc.)
Sorry if it's too much for you. I'm not trying to trash your thread, instead I hope you see this as a way of me helping you out so you can get the position you wanted. Of course, my suggestions only work if you are motivated and dedicated. Good luck on your journey. :tup:
