Hello, I'm InfiniteJava, I'm a 17-year-old digital forensics student. I have been doing management for over 4 years now. I've been doing website and Java development for a little bit over a year. I have been within a staff team on mostly smaller servers and communities and I am very dedicated to what I do and how I do it.

Why you should choose me?
You should take me in as a staff member because I believe that I'm able to contribute much to the community. I'm a productive person, meaning that when push comes to shove I can efficiently work and get things done while multitasking. I also have a good amount of experience dealing with support and players in general, very good communication abilities and also the ability to be fair while handling with different situations, which makes me a good asset for the whole community.
I'd like to believe that I have good skills in writing and speaking, skills that are important and almost necessary when being a staff member since you need to be understood while writing/speaking from a professional perspective. Except for my skills that I've talked about, I'm a glad person that believes in communication and interaction, that these are the actual keys to success. While talking about communication and interaction, which can be used in so many different aspects, I believe that this also is the key to success while talking about punishments, rather than using violence, don't get me wrong though, I believe that the players that are breaking rules should be punished, but also be tough a lesson when being punished, being told what they did wrong and making them understand what's wrong with their actions. I believe that without using this, a big majority is just going to come back and redo their rule-breaking actions on the server.
Payment:
I may work for free on certain servers, this tends to be servers I apply for that state they do not offer payment.
After many months of free work, I now charge for my work. However, I am willing to work around a budget as I know running a server is very difficult and costs a lot of money - exact payment will be discussed through Discord and will be based mainly on the work I am expected of. I prefer payment to be sent on a weekly basis, however, this is negotiable.
