InnovativeGaming is an upcoming network with goals to provide players with a unique experience like no other. We are currently in beta versions and still in development for release, but wanted to start our staff recruitment. We are currently looking for a full staff team and will call on them for assistance. Whether it be to moderate our forum and discord community, or help us with design and game-mode ideas.
Staff Roles
At Innovative, each role has a different job. I will list our current roles that are hiring, as well as give a brief description of their responsibilities:
Staff Manager
Staff Manager(s) here have one big task. Their big task is to manage the staffing team, and to ensure the staffing team is currently being ran appropriately, and is doing their job correct. Also, he is to manage reforms, which is to fire the inactive members once in a while and restart the hiring process for more new staff members. This rank is not achievable anymore, as it is taken by the poster of this message, me.
Head Administrator
The Head Administrators here at Innovative have a certain task. Head Administrators are incharge of all ranks below them, including administrator, sr mod, mod, etc. Head Administrators are the highest rank that you can be promoted to if there currently is a staff manager in that job. Therefore, Head Administrators are also incharge of the staff team, however they have less power. They are the staff manager's assistant, and helps the staff manager if requested. They are a valuable asset to the growth of our server. Promoted from Administrator.
Developer
Developers here are the reason that our servers are able to run. They are in control of developing our plugins and setting up the backend to make them run correctly and smoothly. We would not be able to run our servers without them. Also, developers can be doing development, which includes building the servers that we currently have.
Administrator
The InnovativeGaming Administrators are experienced staff members, as well as very experienced with the Innovative staff team and community. The Administrators are assigned the task of assisting the Senior Mods, Mods, and Helpers. The Administrators also have the responsibility of training staff members with supervision of Head Admin or higher, as well as tending to punishment appeals with approval from Head admin or higher. Most of our Administrators have worked their way throughout the ranks of our staff team and are also very knowledgeable of how our server works. They also assist Head Administrators when asked. Promoted from Senior Mod.
Senior Moderator/Moderator
Innovative Senior Moderators/Moderators are very well trained in the area of moderation and community involvement. Our Moderators are considered to be well-enough trained to work with our players, as well as other staff members. The duty of a Moderator and Sr Moderator is, as the name states, to moderate all of our platforms. Some of their tasks may include punishing rule breakers, tending to player reports, and also helping out players when they have questions. Promoted from Helper, to achieve Mod. Promoted from Mod to achieve Sr Mod.
Helper
InnovativeGaming Helpers are the newly hired staff members, like a trainee. They have the same tasks and duties as Moderators, but are currently on a trial. During this trial, they are being trained by our Administrators, and are also being assisted in day-to-day moderation by our current Moderators and higher. The Helper/Trainee role is a process in which new staff members must pass in order to become a full Moderator. We hold our staff members to high standards, so the Trainee process is a 14 day process. This is the role that newly hired staff members are assigned, so if you apply and get accepted, this is the first role you will be assigned.
