im not trying to hurt your feelings, but they arent that good (not saying i can do better bc i cant) keep working hard to get better but hey, we all start from somewhere..

Gonna be completely honest, they're not horrible. I kinda feel they wouldn't compete with others, but i'd say you should try to start selling to see if you can get customers. :)

For hand-drawn, looks alright, some work in photoshop, touching up on it, colors, and they'll be fantastic for logos, thumbnails, etc.

To improve these, I'd disconnect the arms and float them next to the bodies. That's a popular style that a lot of people like. Also, I'd put these through Photoshop or some program like that. Then submit them for feedback here.

Alright.
I would try learning some perspective. Many artists who draw flat drawings like this aren't very popular, people like characters that are 3D and look like they are doing an action.
Secondly, the coloring in Photoshop bit is going to be extremely difficult. Ask me or any other artist, it takes a while to learn how to create a shaded, perfect work that a customer would buy.
In your case, just sketch more, try see the people from different angles, and maybe test out some things in photoshop first.
