Obviously the way he reacted was un-necessary. However, you going up to him and trying to pay him money to quit his job so you can work there is also not right. You basically told him hes worthless so you'll pay him to quit so you can take over.

Here are my thoughts the situation.
Yes, the person could of handled this way better. I'm sure they admit that and are sorry for that. But, they are rightly to take this the wrong way and to have some anger from this. You should not of said that to them. It shows you being unprofessional in my opinion, and to sum it up, BOTH parties were unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to each other. That should be the end of it.

He was already added to a staff roster by the manager and already joined a discord server and given roles.
He left because he was fired. Also have proof...

The way this person handled the situation, whether it was offensive or not, was extremely poor and unprofessional. Someone that is that explosive does not need to be in any kind of administration until they are able to control the anger due to the potential of them becoming hostile towards players who don’t necessarily deserve it.
