-Several years of experience
-Worked on a few medium and large servers (List below in reply)
-Has plugins to show that are indicative of skill
-Hard, but smart worker. I'm not interested in waiting for some ass hat to take an immense amount of time to get something done. I want go getter people. (Don't lie as it'll be very easy -to see once we get in bed)

What'd be a +:
-Forward thinking
-Always striving for excellence and improving.
-Not ashamed of making mistakes. (I'm cool with it just lemme know)
-Has a sense of humour
-In na or has na sleep schedule

Information:
-This is paid. $ (Cash money)
-Looking to get many plugins made.
-Would like to get a long term relationship going.
-This won't be a one stop shop if you do well. Going to be making servers until one eventually succeeds. Through my past failure I gained a lot of resilience, knowledge, and self awareness and hope to put that to use.

About the project:
-Making a "Standard" skyblock server as a stepping stone to making a skyblock server similar to what kosmicsky (misspelt on purp) is doing as I think that's the future.

I'm not really interested in working with a "team" of people as I've had negative experiences so please expect some negative bias towards the idea of it. I'm more interested in building a personal relationship with someone that can mutually benefit off of one another.

I'm posting here investing my time on your thread so people understand that you're not serious about work and that you're a problem for other developers.

To be fair, developers are mis-treated, overworked, and under valued very often by people like (and including) you.
