The Pay for developer is decided upon what plugins and effort put into the plugins the developer makes usually around 20-40 dollars per plugin dependent on how many are sold of this specific plugin. you may also get payed for thinking and suggesting an original idea and making a base plugin for our training developers and configuration men to work on.
