I'm just wondering, how much would a 2000*2000 modern, fully furnished city cost?

This would cost several thousand dollars
I could certainly do this for you if you want a smaller city, have been doing commissions for more than 2 years as a solo builder and terraformer.

No one in their right mind would take on a FULLY FURNISHED 2k x 2k commission for that price range.

Its a copy paste dude, you are not gonna make 1000 houses and buildings

If you hire a lazy team who re-uses buildings then 500$ , if you want fully detailed, unique and over all sexy, it's right above 1000$

My guy if you want I can get this done for your for 200$-500$ USD but it will take a couple months. Message me on Discord if you are interested, Instead of having you send 50% of the whole entire price I'll have you send only 50$ since this is such a large project.
