Inspire is an extremely simple and lightweight hardcore deathbanning plugin.
Upon death players will be "deathbanned" for a configurable amount of time, during this time they will be unable to rejoin the server.

Everything has a permission node so if you don't want a player to have /lives view for example, you can simply not give that player/group the permission node.
