InspirePvP Staff Recruitment


Hello there Mc-Market, my name is Kyus and I am currently looking to recruit a few helpers for my factions server, InspirePvP. Inspire is a very unique factions server complete with a Custom Core which features: Enchantments, Crystals, Flight, Crates, List, Sponges, Mob Stacking, and more! This server is super unique and not like any Factions server I have ever played on.

So currently I am just looking for Active people who are willing to dedicate a good amount of time to Inspire. I understand that people do have lives and do have school, so I would not let that affect your position on the staff team if you were to be accepted. Currently the only position I have available is Helper. I am not looking for any kind of Manager or Developer, so please don't ask. If you are interested in joining the team, please submit your completed application to me over PM. I do check very often so I should get back to you within a couple hours.

We do not have a very big playerbase as of right now, but players wise we get an average of 5-10 players and 15-20 at our peak moments. I am going to get advertising of many sorts in the near future but right now I am just kind of deciding what direction I see this server going in the future. Not anymore, having recently resigned from moderator position as the server died.
- What are your experiences in chat/server moderation?
I have just got out of a moderator job, and I am good at controlling the chat, having conversations and helping people out where needed.
- How many hours are you willing to dedicate to being on the server?
I will be able to be on for multiple hours each day, around 4-5 depending on school days and weekends.

Because I am a hard working person, I find that from your post that you are mature and intelligent person and you really want to take your server somewhere, which I can help you get there.
