Integration of Paypal 3D secure

Hi, We have a CMS for our Minecraft server, it contains a Paypal integration for payments, however, in the integration there is no "3D secure", we are looking for a person able to integrate 3D secure in addition . The job shouldn't be very long or difficult, the Paypal DOC is pretty clear. 3D secure is a security system popular in Europe, before an online payment, an SMS is sent (by the bank to the customer) to confirm the identity of the customer.
The request is quite urgent so we are looking for someone available
