IntenseRaids - Looking for how much server is worth

Hello MCM, I'm just looking for how much my server is worth. I'm not looking to sell it or anything, but just to have some opinions. Server opened roughly a month ago and has a player base of 20-40 players daily.

UPDATE: 10.15.2016

Custom Plugins:
Armor Switching - Right click armor to switch from hotbar to equipped
Chest Sell - Toggle command for selling all items inside a chest

Also has a custom jar file for TNT patches, anti lag for genning walls, and east / west cannon fixing. Not sure about the authenticity of the jar since it was fairly cheap (may contain stolen code), but all of the patches do work.

Dude I've played on it your server its great I say minimum 500 and that's if you were desperate to sell I in my personal opinion think 1-2k you get a fair amount of donations

No way. This will sell a lot more than that. You can do a okay ish setup with a 10 player base for $300.

Well everyone thinks differently , I suck at appraisals.

My playerbase is 30-40, not 10.

Hi there.
After a long inspection of your server, I believe that I've come to a fair conclusion for the price. Due to your playerbase and the fact that you've had a few well-known YouTuber's, those alone would definitely rise the price up. You do have a very nice setup website. This is regardless of the fact that it is einjin, but it has been setup so it looks a lot better than the standard version. The fact that you're getting a very good amount of donations per day rises the server significantly. Overall, the server is setup very nicely! I would personally give this an approximate sale value of between $3,500 and $4,500 due to the fact that you can easily make that back. With a few more means of advertisement, your server could easily have a higher playerbase.
