intermediate hosting (may be not minecraft host)

I have a server with 20-25 users, and actually I use Fluctis and I am not happy with them. So much problems, and low TPS.
Don't come to say that is my config or something like that, because it's not true.
I only am searching for a good host, to handle 30-35 players with 19+TPS.
I don't have money for a dedicated, so that is why I am searching shared.
My ideal is a host that use in a node 1 proccesor for like 5 servers, or something like that to not have lag.
My budget is 12-20 usd a month
I am searching for 3-6gb ram, and in America, but that is not so important
But, if you can guarantee me 19+ TPS without the node thing, It's welcome too

But, VPS are for webs… I have bought a VPS some time ago for my server, and was a waste. Does not works, 200 seconds to start the server and well, I spend 7 usd on that.
I only would buy a VPS or OMGserv that offers vpsgame, but they have so less gb of storage

We use E5-1620v2 processors with 128 GB of RAM and SSD drives. Typical load average during peak hours is about 2.5 - 3.0.
