We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Regional Manager to help drive the day-to-day life of our server. This role goes way beyond basic admin duties—you’ll be the engine keeping everything running smoothly, adapting the gameplay, tweaking the config, and making sure the world feels alive and constantly evolving.
You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty with server configuration, gameplay balancing, and helping localize or translate content where needed. You'll also play a key role in shaping the player experience, working alongside the owner (that’s you!) and the broader team to make sure everything aligns with the vision of the project.

Oh, and if you’ve got an eye for community growth? Even better. You’ll actively contribute to marketing strategy, help research and connect with influencers, and look for smart ways to expand our reach.

What we’re looking for:​

• Experience with server management and gameplay systems
• Confidence working with configs, balancing, and light dev collaboration
• Solid communication skills (EN is a big plus)
• A strategic mindset with an interest in community and marketing

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who’s passionate about creating something players want to come back to every single day.
