Internet extremely slow - help

My internet speed is shite anyway, but i am not at 800 ping on every csgo server and cannot even load speed test. I’ve tried a variety of things... thinking I might have a virus or a broken Ethernet cable now, I’m not sure.

Any help please.

Just try simple stuff for now, restarting router, trying the troubleshoot problems option, if that doesn't work then I'd just recommend you to call your internet provider.

If its over a Wifi connection then try and and use a wired connection. If you are already on a wired connection I would call your internet provider like jamieses said above. GL
