Like the title says , I'm considering starting an anime streaming site because... why not ~ shrug ~ I feel like this is something I can make quite well and like people would use.

If you'd want to work with me , you would primarily be doing marketing and outreach to other anime fans, as I plan on handling the full development of the site myself.
