IntromitMC's Helper Recruitment Thread

Hey there. I’m Mehrzad and I’m the founder of IntromitMC. Welcome to this recruitment & requirement to apply for the server. I hope the stages below makes sense, and just to start of with, we will not be paying our staff members. staff members can apply, and leave whenever they want. Shall we start of with a basic information of IntromitMC first before we quote the stages into the thread?

IntromitMC, was named after the founders old name, mine (Intromit). After a long journey of playing several gamemodes, and having tons of servers, servers I was staff on, servers I worked on, servers I configured for I started to step into a bigger side, which was to promote a server for myself as I though I was ready for it.
Days stept behind, and I was configuring, it turned out to be a Faction server in the start, but after a long time of configuring, and trying to catch some unique plugins by paying etc I ran out of things and couldn’t keep it up. The server got sold among with the configurations and everything that were bound to the server aswell.

Months passed away, and I opened a new server, this time I had more time, as it was in the summer and I was doing this with a builder, but also a second owner of the server which had the quality to effort as much as I could, and do as much I could. We’ve ran from HCF servers to SMP, from SMP to Factions, Factions to KitPVP, KitPVP to MassivePVP. As mentioned again, after a long journey of configuration and a knowledge of how to moderate and be a owner, I also had a long journey on another MassivePVP server which last 4 years.
I decided, among with the second owner to create a MassivePVP server and here we are. The server is under development, and was bought about 3 days ago from Clovux Host department. The custom plugins is under development, the configurations is under development, basicly everything is under development. We are reaching out things we couldn’t purpose to do before, and we’re sure we will reach somewhere good with this progress that is being compromised. As I was the original founder of the server, I’ll be speaking out.

So, that was a quite long history. Let’s get to the stages & requirements to apply for IntromitMC.

• Helper/Moderator Experience: I've worked with many servers and networks, as listed above, and I have been a successful Helper/Moderator/Administrator on all of them. I've also run my own servers as well as been a Manager on a few servers as well. I have a great understanding of people skills and communication and I am able to speak clearly and understandably. I work towards a compromise rather a solution and make sure all parties included are given equal and fair chance(s) at everything. I work things out and provide a common ground for the parties to make their decisions.
