InvalidConfigurationException

Hello,

My server is running on 1.13.2 paperspigot
and I am running CitizensCMD. Whenever we are starting the server we get the following error:
org.bukkit.configuration.InvalidConfigurationException: org.yaml.snakeyaml.error.YAMLException:
Does anyone know how to solve this?
