Inventory Restore Plugin

There used to be one that my friend bought for me but I can not find it anymore, but it was for HCF and restoring inventories.

Basically I need a plugin where I can type /inv {player} and it will open a GUI showing their inventory before they died and a button to restore their inventory or cancel. It needs to also show the person who killed them (and maybe more extra info if wanted, not needed though). I have looked around but none are as good as the one I had. Also supplying a reason for the restore could be added but not 100% needed.

I can pay you even if you refer me to a good resource that already exists.

It's compatible, i used it during three maps with PaperSpigot 1.7.10 and 0 problems
