I was the owner of a successful server but I had to close it 3 years ago when I went into secondary school and found I didn't have the time.
I was head-admin on a friends server 2 years ago and found that most enjoyable. I asked to be head-hacker catcher after 2 months on that server because I wanted to do more to help the normal players enjoy the server more.
About 1 and a half years ago I was made helper then promoted to mod then admin (over 1 year) on some random guys server but I quit earlier this year after he used me to do everything. He did nothing I did everything from ranks to in game.

I feel like I have the skills necessary to be helpful staff on the server and keep the server clean from any rule breakers. I am a great people person and I get along with pretty much everyone on the server, and I try my best to help people out when they need it. I spend a lot of my time on my computer so I can be on the server most of the day, excluding the obvious 7-9 hours I'm at school. I have been given quite a few staff positions on other servers in the past and hope that I could achieve this role on the server.

Yes, there is a website but only open to me and the manager as we are fixing it up. Yes the server is running it is a skyblock server. I have not really got a budget for advertising.

What's the point on paying admins for their work when you have a low budget for "advertising"? You should mainly focus on advertising (would be my first priority) and when you get a decent player-base, and a decent budget and donations, then pay your staff/admins.

This is a difficult one. I am currently in school, and homework ranges from an hour - 2 hours at times, but I would say at least 2 hours weeknights. More like 6+ on weekends on average.

Was a helper on DestinyMC pixelmon last year. Got demoted due to inactivity. Ran a server with a few friends, never really got anywhere, but I have skills with WorldEdit, Voxel, and building itself. I know when someones hacking or cheating

Im always looking to make some new friends. Id love to give you a hand at building up this server as it seems to be something your serious about, having fun, expanding my knowledge of the game.

I would act depending on the rules of the server. Ex: disrespect of staff (possibly a kick or mute if conisistent), maybe act stupid and send a
