Just letting you know, an NDA is a nondisclosure agreement. In this case, that would not be needed.

An NDA is a form of a contract. As Lockett said, an NDA is really not required for the formation of a new business. If you are both serious about entering into business, you will want to look at having a partnership agreement drafted.
Question for you (which is especially relevant on MCM). Do you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract?

You will want NDA's signed regardless though after the partnership agreements are made. Keep client data and trade secrets a secret.

We don't need one more unprofessional host run by children in this market (NoLag)....
Any wise investor will research the market they are investing in and realize the MC hosting market is overly saturated.
You would honestly find better luck opening a lemonade stand out in front of your house.
Additionally, if people are needing to explain what "NDA" stands for, that's never a good sign for someone who wants to own a business.....

Nonetheless, if you do find an investor I wish you the best of luck in your venture.
