Investment and Loans Requirements

So I have been a member for almost a year now but not a lot of reputation because i am just getting into MCM and see what it has to offer. I have looked through the MCM rules and can not find the requirements you need to ask or post loans. I was wondering if you could tell me how i need to do that.

Also you say investments you guys do not pay back, I assume that is the same for loaning people money which they do not pay back, Am i correct?

this mainly requires on the loaner as they all/some have diffrent requirements for you to state/approve before they loan you.

They're not expressly listed, but I do know it's around 3 months account age, and around 20-50 posts I think
