Hello, I'm not that new but have never really learned what Investments are.
I'm opening up a unique practice & kit pvp server and I was wondering what would I or the Investor do if they were to "invest"
Basically I need a rundown on what these are,

Here's a "tl;dr" of how it works:

1) You post a long and detailed thread with details about your server, its plan, necessities, what you'll do, etc. Please refer to my investment thread for MCKZ Reborn if you need any ideas.

2) If it's good enough, people will invest into your server. You'll need to give ROIs (Return of Investments), of course. Usually from 110%-200% is good enough. If I invest $50 in your server, after a month or two of the server being open, you give me, let's say, 200% ROI. You give me my $50 back plus 100% (because it's 200%) so I get $100 in total. People invest in servers to get more money. It benefits both; the server Owner and the investor.
