Hello, my name is Matthew, or Chewwy__, and I am the owner of EuphoniousSetups. I'm currently working on making a hosting company, which is going to be a sister company to my setup company, and I'm looking for some investors, to help me with this.

Currently, I'm investing all the money I have, to buy Dedicated Servers, and VPS's. And I'm needing more money, to buy more of these, a website, domain, and much more. I'm also looking for help covering some licenses as well.

We are looking for partners as well, that could help us expand our company. If you think you qualify, please add me on Discord, or feel free to PM me on here.

We're also looking to sponsor servers. So if you are interested, and you think you can help us in a positive way, then we would be more than interested in sponsoring your server.

What do we Need?
- WCHMS License (Monthly fee of just around $20).
- 5 VPS's (8GB RAM Each.) Around $40/Month.
- 2 Dedicated Servers. (Around $79 month each, per month.)
- Website (Could cost a bit.)
- Domain (Should be somewhat cheap for the first month).

FAQ

What do investors get? Great question! Investors will receive free RAM, for life, or until we shut down.

Why should I invest into you? I think you should invest into us, because we are just starting off, but we have a team that knows what they're doing, and are experienced into it. Also, you'll be able to get your investment back, and possibly double it, or triple it.

Wouldn't it be wiser to own the servers yourself? It may cost a lot to you now, but if you plan to stay as a business for years, it's cheaper in the longrun.

You are completely correct with this I was looking around I spend around $450 to buy my server and I look and for me to rent my server out it is like $100/mo... Now I pay way less for co-location

You may want to rethink how you are going to rewards your investors. Also get owned hardware, it is not worth it if you rent because that is what the thousands of other companies do. I agree, that was meant for smaller investors, that invest let's say $25-50. But for people that want to invest more, like $50+ would get a chunk of profits, or a share in the company.

It's probably going to be Minecraft Hosting for now, but we will expand to Web Hosting in the future.

We'll for sure own our own hardware later on, but for starting off, I might start by going cheap, and once we make more money then I'll look way more into it.

I'd say 128GB of RAM that we have OWNED is pretty good for now. We don't rent.

We're always looking to upgrade, but since we don't oversell that might be soon, thanks for the advice.
