I am selling a piece of work that the Invictus Build Team has made in the past four days.

Some pictures have proof of ownership with having text saying ''MC-MARKET.ORG Proof of ownership'' and to proof it most of the pictures have like half to zero of the build completed.

The things you can change -
Upon payment you may if you wish to, ask us to put the text you want on the signs Such as Creative or Survival. And many more.

When you scale down the size to where players can walk around in this is not worth $45 starting price in my opinion. For a build like this I would price it $20 starting bid with $5 increments and maybe $60 BIN. The build itself is pretty nice its just a bit too boring(functionality) for a hub.
