invisibility potion blocker

Anyone know of a plugin for 1.9.2 that blocks invisibility potions in all situations ? (drinking/splash/dispensers) ?

Please dont say world guard, it hasn't updated yet to 1.9 and thus has no potion support.

If you have mcmmo, disable the recipe for invis pots in the potions.yml file.
