Involve debt collection agencies with investment/loan scams

Hello,
Maybe this is a really stupid post but wouldn't it be a good idea to involve debt collectors with investments and loans so scams are reduced, also only the serious people will want to invest in things or obviously, they are going to be given a notice by the debt collection agency. I know that debt collectors cover their costs by charging an extra fee (from 3 previous past experiences, 2 with ebay :/). Would it be enforceable on websites such as MCM here?

Tricky. First off, it is always an option for a person to involve agencies like this, however I am not sure how many would be interested in an online scam, since it can be very hard to track people.
Second, this cannot come from Mcmarket itself, as that would imply we're taking responsibility.
Third, investments are at an own risk. Loans will be handled by scam report.
Setting a debt collection agency on someone can be done, if you really want your money back, but it's not likely unless you manage to DOX the person, which is against the site rules.

I was thinking about the user signing up with their home address, that would be private so only bebos or m6 could see (so it could be forwarded to the DCA) and if people don't wanna enter their own address, they don't have permission to invest. But it is against the law to make his/her adress public or share it with anyone on the internet. Which means even agencies. And in MCM's TOS it states that they are not responsible for anything user created, which includes loans. So they cant enforce anything outside of MCM.
