I have Cydia but you can't delete it. That is not how it works. You how to get a whole tweak to remove cydia property. You can't just hold i down on the home menu and delete it like an app. I have cydia but it just crashes as the semi teather won't install..No insult taken,. It is jailbroken, although it is semi tethered cydia would still be on the device, you just wouldn't be able to open it as it will just crash. If there was no cydia, it would not store the tweaks, meaning deleting cydia would delete all the jailbreak data.
