Hello! I am requesting an IOS developer to make me a simple app that runs through namemc to notify me when OG names are available. This is just like a sniper alerter, accept for IOS. All I need is a developer that can make this, and we can negotiate a price ignore you're interested!

Something like this is extremely impractical, and it's going to eat up your data and use up your battery. A better solution (and far cheaper one) would be to have a Java (or whatever language you want) developer do it, then run it on a VPS. The script can be programmed to text you or send you a push notification whenever a new name becomes available.

You can bypass CloudFlare, my NameChangeAlert did and he's definetly not better off using the Mojang API.

Any chance you could fix the Download Links for your program? Currently can't download it.
