IP - A useful plugin if you server is running on a bungeecord. What this plugin is useful
for is Staff account griefing. For example a staff member logs on their main IP. If there account is compromised or they give away there account this plugin with block them from connecting to the server. For example if (USER) main ip is 5555 and it logs on with the ip 7777 it will block the account from joining.

Commands
Resetip (name) > Resets the users IP so it will allow them to join.
Give all your staff ranks HCBattles.staff this will enable the plugin for staff ranks
Give your admins HCBattles.resetip to give them permission to reset IP's (NOTE - When resetting the users IP you cannot see it, it will only display the users IGN.
This plugin goes in your Hub plugins. ( Comes with src )
