is vpn allowed in california if so can you give me one?
on big servers you'll need a residential vpn which cost $30+ a month. If you can't pay that then go round your nans house with an old computer and set a vpn proxy thingy up at her house
even better, call your ISP up and say you're getting ddosed. They'll change your IP. problemo solvedo

Tried one or two from VPNGate on large servers a while ago and didn't have any issues.
Might take some time to find one that works well enough for you though, as with all VPNs they will increase your latency.
well to be honest if i ever get banned on a pvp server i'll just go round my neighbors house and steal their password
