IP Bans

I think when a player gets banned they should be IP banned. This might stop scamming a little bit, as well as registering to see forum posts.

VPns like hotspot shield would IP ban tons of users, since its public.

I tried to test out connecting with HotSpot Shield, they have it blocked.

I.P bans are pretty useless, since most ISP's use dynamic I.P's (I.P's which change).
