Depends on what you want it for. Trying to replace a computer? iPad Pro has the best chance, but I'll make a list.

Giant screen
Best specs for an iPad as of now
Latest iOS
Great for a family

-iPad Air
A bit smaller
Not the top, but still great specs
Latest iOS as well
More convenient if you want to take pictures
More personal

In all, it is really up to you, but I'd say iPad Air since it's easier to keep private, in my opinion.
