So like I just unplugged my iPhone 7+ and it turned the screen off but the buttons worked except my home button. The home button kept pressing it's self like crazy every time I held it. Eventually I ended up force rebooting it seeing I couldn't see the power down mode screen. After that the screen started working but then the same thing happened with the home button but only on the lock screen. I then thought of maybe disabling touch ID and re-enabling it. This made the issue even worst and now the home button spams every time I push it. The only thing I could think of is I ended up dropping it in the pool like 4 hours prior to this happening but that's a while for something to happen I think. Anyone else have or had this issue? And if so does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advanced.

Shit. Trying to avoid spending money on this phone again haha. Was just at the Apple store getting my screen fixed.
True. I was really sketched out by the new home button to be honest and I probably should have went with my gut to not get it. But oh well.
You might want to put it in a bag of rice for a while considering it was in a pool(or am I not understanding this right?)
Also, letting it die completely will help to reset even further than a force reboot(DFU mode) or a regular shutdown.

Out of the few people who had androids, 3 have shit the bed and no data was able to be retrieved as opposed to the iPhones whose data was easily obtained.

They're quite reliable, actually. Out of the people in my school who have iPhones, a majority, only one has had it shit the bed.

If you drop an android without a case a very similar thing is going to happen, it's going to break.

Because iPhone is simple.
Galaxy is more complicated and people needs to sit and learn how to use it.
And this is why everything costs money in iPhone.
Most of the apps cost money.
My mother had an iPhone 6. It died because she used an un-original charger.
In Galaxy that wouldn't happen.
Apple is a money whore.
Apple looked way better than Galaxy. Since Galaxy s6 edge, I've changed my mind. They both look good. Galaxy s8 looks amazing. I can't wait to see iPhone 8.
