depends, do you actively use sc / ig? okay sure, s8 has some good camera quality, but lets be honest lmao I don't really think anyone likes seeing those Samsung emojis on their sc stories.
but if you don't use social media often and you're just looking for a good phone with better specs than an iPhone, then get the Samsung.

I've been researching and overall, to put it bluntly, the specs of the I-Phone are complete shit when compared to the S8. If you're one of those scrubs who thinks that an I-Phones better because it's 'slimmer' or 'looks nicer' then so be it. I believe that if you are looking for a phone then it should be for conventional use. The Iphone.
So to elaborate some specs for you.
The Iphone
Size (Whole phone): 138.30 x 67.10 x 7.10 (MM) so 13.8 x 6.7CM and 0.7cm Thick

Screen Size : 4.7Inches
Processor : QuadCore (4 Cores)
Expandable Storage : No
Rear Camera : 12 MP
Front Facing : 7MP
Which aren't bad for a 2016 phone but the S8 made in 2017 Shows much better specs

Weight : 155.00g (Although an almost un-noticable difference and weight shouldn't really matter)
Battery Size : 3000mAh (Over 1.5x Bigger than the I-Phone)
Screen Size : 5.8Inches (Which can be clearly seen as a considerable difference.)
Processor : 1.9GHz OctoCore (8 Cores)
Expandable Storage : Yes (Allows you to store more than the phones limit which can prove useful if needed.e)
Rear Camera : 12 MP (Same as The Iphone)
Front Facing : 8MP (1MP more Front-facing Camera which does make a difference.)
The Samsung clearly wipes the floor with the I-Phone 7 although there is another possibility you could go for which I will explain if you wish.
