Could I get some feedback on the site itself, mainly the design and responsiveness with different devices, since that's what i'm aiming towards.

Of course any questions relating to the business itself are fine.

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

You should add a background, overal looks decent.

I used to have a background, but it took way too long to load; I know I could just use a lower resolution image but I don't want to lol.

thanks for the feedback though

Im my opinion, this website looks very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust this business to fix anything let alone an iPhone.

Boxes are not the same height: https://i.thomas.gg/bAeubAH.png
Difficult to read text if hovering over nav item: https://i.thomas.gg/QU8FcNC.png
Home page is practically pointless to scroll down - https://i.thomas.gg/D6eCwtG.mp4 <-- Remove the scrollbar and make the entire thing fit to screen (reduce height of image perhaps?)

Otherwise, looks ok.

Yeah just some extra padding on the boxes will fix that.
I'll fix the hovering over nav item, didn't notice that.
It's like that because it needs to work on all sizes of screens. If I made it to suit your screen size it wouldn't look good on another size, so I tried to make a size that kinda fits all.

Anyways, thanks for good feedback.

On the pricing page, some of the boxes are not fully responsive. https://gyazo.com/346e263d59cb94ac2dd87d8c7ac6c9df but other than that, and what Chearful said, the website is alright.

Thanks.

Make these the same size, but the site seems a bit bland.

Just fixed the boxes, and I agree it seems bland. I'm going to experiment with possibly a new colour scheme and a background.

Thanks

Check out https://semantic-ui.com/, I think it would fit the apple theme, I used it in past, very nice. It's more for dashboard's/client area, and for people who are less familiar to web design other than web dev. but ye.

I contacted for a free price quote on a fix.

Contact page needs some work people don't really want to open a new tab and open up Gmail or any other email services. They would want to do it right on the website.[DOUBLEPOST=1506787706][/DOUBLEPOST]SSL certificate would also be nice on the website.

Replied to your request lol
Yeah I understand but i'm not very good with php, but I could probably flog a script for an email system or something
Yeah I'll most likely be getting an SSL certificate when/if I start using the site

I updated the website so some feedback on the new look would be appreciated. I'm currently aware the background does not stay its size when you zoom in or out, and I'm looking for a way to fix that.

Just checked it out using my phone (no comment) and for a phone and it might sound a bit weird or not needed but making it mobile friendly would be nice for the seo I believe

The website is mobile responsive, i've tested it on a 6 and 6s. What model is your phone, or more specifically the size of your screen?

Is the site up? Like can I get my iphone fixed right now.

The site is up but isn't being used yet (not advertising until I'm happy with the site) and I do fix phones but I haven't 'under a business'. I'm Australian so the chances are you're not anywhere near me.

I had a rough day and decided to do a rather quick mockup in Figma for this to help cheer me up. I also enjoy seeing small businesses start up.

If you want it, let me know. I won't charge, and I'll design the rest of the pages listed. (All CSS and Vector exportable).

If not, good luck with your business anyhow. I'll give tips for your current site, if wanted.

Looks good but It still needs some work. I had so many questions like How does it work. Where do I take my phone. Is there a store location or do I ship It. Is there a number I can call. When are business hours. Where do I pay. I don't know If you're just making a practice site or Is this for a local store in your town but If It is. There needs to be more information for potential clients who may visit the site. A website is more than a good looking design and a header. And ima be honest. It doesn't look trusted. It's not catching my eye and making me think. Hmm. If my phone screen cracks. Ima send my phone to this guy. I'm not getting that vibe TBH.

Yeah It's more of a thing for me to improve my designing skills, so I haven't gotten into adding details that would be needed to use the website as a proper business, though I'm still deciding if I will actually continue with the business.

If I do, I'll make sure to add all the things you've noted. Cheers.
