Hello.
I have been trying to set up an IP Table for my server, although due to my lack of experience I've come across a couple issues. I've managed to set it up where it protects FTP and SSH as well as allowing all ports such as MySQL and such. However, when I start my bungeecord server, there are lots of things which don't work correctly.

For starters, Bungee looks for updates from Jenkins but is unable to recieve any updates (not too sure if this is important, but it slows down how long it takes for the bungee to start up by quite a bit).

Second, the Buycraft isn't able to check for any due payments to run the commands in-game, as well as another error.

Third, when you try to connect to the server, it isn't able to authenticate your account to minecraft, not letting you join.

If someone can help me with these issues I'd be happy to throw in $5-10 depending on the support.

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

A panel such as pterodactyl would be able to do all of this for you.

I'd assume this is some sort of a replacement for the multicraft panel. If so, I am not really interested in switching away from Multicraft. Surely there is other solutions.

I would suggest you take a look at http://pterodactyl.io. It is a free and open source game panel that lets you host any thing inside a docker container and is superior to multicraft in any way imaginable.

I am not sure about superior lol, lets not get ahead of ourselves. :) Pterodactyl offers the ability to host more games other than minecraft, but there is a reason 90% of Minecraft providers use Multicraft: It is stable (when installed correctly) and works flawlessly. And did I mention it now supports docker? I have been using multicraft since it was released and I have never had an issue that wasn't user error... Overall, Multicraft is way easier to use and is more for the average user.[DOUBLEPOST=1513821351][/DOUBLEPOST]

I would personally disagree about multicraft being superior, but you're entitled to your opinion

I never said it was superior kind sir :) I said for what its designed for, it works best because of the user friendly user interface and stability. Of all the people that come to me asking me to fix issues, 96% of them are related to pterodactyl issues. When I get questions about multicraft, its about custom conf files and other settings such as adding the ability to create Databases from within the panel. Even on other platforms, there is different software options each offering their own pros and cons. It really boils down to preference. Multicraft dominates the MC hosting platform much like cpanel leads the web hosting realm as opposed to options such as plesk.

The reason more people come to you for support is that since the panel is free, it attracts younger and more inexperienced people using it.

Which is exactly what makes multicraft a better option for the group of people you speak of (younger and less experienced) :)[DOUBLEPOST=1513822426][/DOUBLEPOST]

DO not get me wrong, if you know how to use pterodactyl and make it work for you its a great option. But if you are but a kid getting started in hosting, its not ideal. So it really boils down to preference.
