I don't know if you guys have any space for this but maybe an IRC server? Unless we already have one and I haven't dug deep enough for it yet.

Most forums either have a IRC or Shoutbox, in this case MC-Market has a shoutbox.

I prefer shoutbox as it allows for better and more specific user moderation.
